About the Artisans
Adel & Aida are brother and sister beekeepers in Zaghouan, Northern Tunisia. Their practice is simple: healthy hives, clean harvests, and no heat or filters. The result is honey that keeps its natural enzymes, aroma, and rhythm of the season.
