Meet Adel & Aida
They keep the land alive, and the honey intact.
Adel and Aida are brother and sister. Together, they keep bees in the fields of Zaghouan, in northern Tunisia.
Their hives stand among olive trees, sunflowers, and wild herbs. Each season offers something different; orange blossom in spring, thyme in summer, cresson near the water.
They don’t push for more, and they don’t change what is given. The honey stays pure, unheated, unchanged. A trace of land, held in a jar.
Honey from Adel & Aida
Kept as the bees made it — pure, unheated, unchanged.
