When an order is considered shipped

An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to the carrier and scanned into the carrier’s system.

Creating a shipping label does not always mean the package has been scanned yet.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–48 hours after carrier handover.
Responsibility

We are responsible for preparing the order, handing it over to the carrier, and managing the shipment process.

If issues occur during transit, we handle communication with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery timelines and outcomes may still be affected by external factors beyond our direct control.
Customs, duties & taxes

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and may be collected by customs or the carrier upon delivery.
